Floral Charger

This is a charger made by KPM in about 1916. It is handpainted with a large flower arrangement as well as two smaller flowers and a butterfly. The larger flowers measure a nice 6.5 inches by 5.5 inches almost the size of a normal plate. The charger measures 14.25 inches in diameter and 1.25 inches tall. The piece is in great condition with three or four faint scratches from use, all but one in the white areas and none taking away from the piece. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter, the red orb mark as well as the iron cross mark for WWI and several impressed and painters marks. Also a leaf painted underneath on the rim to help hide a black firing spot just like they did in the 18th century. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $599
