Art Nouveau Poppies Plate

This is a superb plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is hand painted with a fun poppy flower scene in the center in all orange with lots of raised gold around the rim some of which goes into the center over the flowers. Gives it that amazing Art Nouveau / Jugendstil feeling we all like to much of this period. The nicely shaped edge has some more gold trim to it. The piece is in perfect condition which always helps. The plate is 1.125 inches tall and 8.5 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter as well as the red orb mark and the usual impressed and painter's / gilder's marks one finds on KPM pieces from this period.
