Superb Fruit Scene Dish

This is a superb serving dish / bowl made by KPM in 1905. It is the nicest piece in this style I know off and the only one I have ever owned in all these years. The piece is handpainted with a rare combination of an amazingly detailed fruit scene including an apple, plums and white currents plus the rim itself is painted with gold on a raised design. A handle at each end to help with holding it when full. The scene is quite large covering almost the entire bottom inside. The piece is in perfect condition with some very minor wear and a few dark spots on the gilding likely from contact with fruit juice acid that oxidized it a bit. The dish is 14.5 inches wide, 9.25 inches deep and 3.25 inches tall. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter, the red orb mark, a black 38 and red 98 (or 86) both likely painter's marks and a black 16/11 plus an impressed E as the year code. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
