Arkadia Demitasse Cup & Saucer #8

This is a demitasse / mocha coffee / espresso sized cup and saucer from the Arkadia / Arcadia series made by KPM in the later 20th century. A really nice shape - sleek and modern with an unglazed medallion of a lady's head with the letter H by it as shown. The rest of the cup and saucer are glazed. A really nice looking set! Both pieces are in perfect condition. The cup is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark - no impressed marks while the saucer has the under glaze blue scepter with the letter S below for Selb as well as some impressed marks as shown. The cup is 2 inches tall and has a diameter of just over 2.5 inches. The saucer is 0.625 inches tall with a diameter of 5.25 inches.
