Arkadia Sugar & Creamer

This is a sugar and creamer set from the Arkadia series made by KPM in the mid 20th century right after WWII. I ahve quite a few pieces from this service to make a nice coffee or mocha coffee set. This service is known for its sleep shapes and off course the unglazed medallions with the rest of the pieces being glazed. The creamer has a lady's head with a half moon on it while the sugar dish has a different version of a lady's bust with some ears of wheat around it. A really nice looking set! The creamer is in perfect condition while the sugar dish has a small chip to the top edge on the back side as shown. Both are marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter with the S under it for the Selb location with the creamer also having Made in Germany US Zone in green. This was only used for a short time after the war. The creamer is 2.75 inches tall, 4.25 inches wide including the handle and 2.25 inches deep. The sugar dish is 2.375 inches tall, 3.625 inches wide and 2.625 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $149
