Angel Riding Fabeltier

This is an awesome figurine made by KPM in the early 20th century during the Art Nouveau period. It looks very much like it was done by Ruth Schaumann who also made a series of four standing angels but I could not find another example of this piece here. The figure is superbly modeled and left in the white to show off all those details. It is of an angel riding a Fabeltier (an imaginary animal). A really funky looking piece thst is super unusual. The piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter on each of the feet as shown. Might be a trial piece? The figurine is in perfect condition which is always nice to find! It is 6 inches tall, 2.75 inches wide and 5.5 inches long. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
