Amberg White Figurine

This is a very rare figurine made by KPM in the early 20th century during the original period. Almost impossible to find in white from this period and in perfect condition on top of that! It is an Arab man playing the bagpipes wearing what looks to be a fur around his waist. This figurine was part of the crown prince's wedding procession designed by Adolf Amberg and extremely popular among collectors even today! One can see why - a well modeled figurine that is super elegant and left in the white brings this out even more I think! The figurine is in perfect condition. He is 11 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 5 inches deep. The figure is marked underneath with the blue scepter mark as well as the usual impressed marks one finds on KPM pieces including the year mark M. There is also a signature by his back foot of the designer AMBERG. in raised letters. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
