20thC Trembleuse Saucer

This is a really nice trembleuse style saucer made by KPM in the early 20th century - 1913 to be exact. This would ahve held a double handled beaker style cup possibly with a lid. These are hard to find but nothing is impossible :) The saucer's well has a raised rim that is reticulated and highlighted with gilding to hold the cup in place. It is hand painted with a nice floral arrangement to one side as well as three bugs, the rim has a basket weave design to the paste and gold trim to the edge. The piece is in perfect condition. It is 1 inch tall along the edge with the center sticking up another half inch or so and is 5.5 inches in diameter. The saucer is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark as well as the red orb mark, their anniversary mark of 1913 and the usual impressed and painted marks as shown. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $349
