Christmas 1919 Plate

This is a plate made by KPM in 1919. It was made for Christmas 1919 and is decorated with a airplane with its pilot in the center along with the Christ child / baby . The side of the plane says "Weihnachtspost Porzellanmanufaktur Berlin 1919" on it. Nice green and pink trim around the center well. There is a small artist inital MD underneath the pilot's foot! The rim of the plate is nicely done as well not being the boring old kind but a bit wavy. The plate is in perfect condition. It is 7.875 inches in diameter and about 0.625 inches tall. The piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb mark, the number 50/86 in black, a black number 25.
