Kornilow Geometric Design Cup & Saucer

This is a superb cup and saucer made at the Kornilow factory around 1900. The rim of the suacer and outside of the cup are decorated with a nice geometric design that is quite attractive with some nicely placed thin gold trim to the edges, etc. Typical handle shape with a bit of gilding to that. A very typical design for this maker but one rarely sees cups and saucers so this is a rare chance to own one! The set is in great condition with just some wear to the gilding mainly cup top edge.Both are marked as shown in the photo with the Bear mark with Made in Russia by Kornilow Bros underneath that. Plus a red 46 on both peices. The saucer is just over 0.5 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. The cup is just under 1.5 inches tall and 2.625 inches in diameeter at the top. It is a bit wider in the center and the handle sticks out a bit. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
