Arlechinno

This is a figurine of a character from the commedia dell'arte made in Italy most likely in the 18th century. I am unsure by whom but the porcelain is definitely Italian and it looks to be from the 18th century with the flaws. Definitely by one of the smaller makers possibly Cozzi. I think he is Harlequin though his costume does not have the colorful patches. He does have the mark and the wart on is forhead typical of this character so I am fairly sure it is him. He is well modeled. The figurine is in OK condition with the base having two pieces reglued - one piece is most of the bottom front part. His right lower leg is missing and there are a number of firing flaws like small black spots, a firing crack in his back and his lower foot. The figurine is not marked but that's very common on early Italian porcelain. He is 6.25 inches tall and the base has a diameter of about 2.375 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
