Amazing Scenic Saucer

This is a really nice saucer made by ???. I bought it as a Naples or Ferdinandea piece and I think it could be Itilian but I cannot find anything like it in my books and the underside base has a hole in it like Vincennes or Sevres pieces plus a small blue dot so maybe it is French. It has a slight bluish translucency which is unusual. Either way it is one of the nicest hand painted scenes I have seen on a saucer. It includes a lady sitting down with a dog besides her and a gentleman selling jewelry next to her. A fancy house behind them and some nice greenery all around. I know I have seen this type of scene before but I cannot figure it out now. Definitely a rare piece and unusual. The base rim looks more like hard paste but the paste does feel more like soft paste. Just baffling me. It is not marked underneath so that is of no help just an old sticker that states Roma 1905. The saucer is in superb condition with some minimal gold wear and some manufacturing flaws to the underside. The piece is 1.125 inches tall and 5.5 inches in diameter. Maybe someone out there knows more about it and could send me a note. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $749
