Italian Nude Lady Figurine

This is a bit of a mystery piece. I am fairly certain it is Italian in origin and definitely 19th century but possibly 18th century. The material is another mystery. It is heavy like porcelain but looks more like a creamware in terms of color and the glaze is really thick. This exact subject I could not find either but it is likely a version of Venus or Aphrodite statue. Either way the piece is that of a nude younger woman kneeling to tie one of her sandals with a rock base and anice headband in her hair. She is well modeled though not top end like Doccia for example. Some nice details but the thick glaze obscures them a bit. A really nice figure! The piece is in great condition with just a few glaze lines and a firing separation where the base and back foot meet. Unmarked which does not make it easier. Definitely not a modern piece and more than likely Italian in origin and of nice quality! The figurine is 8.75 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide and 5.5 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
