Ginori Gentleman Figurine

This is a figurine of a gentleman Ginori / Doccia in the late 19th century. The young man is deep in thought thinking about his lost love or something. He is nicely dressed sitting on some rocks that are on a base painted with small flowers and greenery. Really a nice figure that is hand painted to perfection. The piece is in perfect condition. It is marked with the crown over N mark in under glaze blue underneath as shown. There is an area next to the mark that was ground away a bit - likely stated Made in Italy and they tried to make it seem older than it is. A very nice figurine but not 18th century sadly. The figurine is 4.75 inches tall, 3.375 inches wide and 2.25 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
