Ginori Relief Scene Creamer #2

This is a rare lidded creamer made by Doccia / Ginori in the 19th century. One comes across the cups and saucers and occasionally a plate but the main pieces from this set are very hard to find and this creamer shape is much more unusual than the open ones without the lid. The piece is decorated with biblical or mythological scenes in relief all around that are hand painted very nicely, has a nicely shaped handle and spout highlighted with gilding and the lid has three little cherub scenes to it and a fruit finial. Gold trim to the edges as well. Thecreamer and lid are in perfect condition. The piece is marked with the crown over N mark copied so often but in this case definitely original as the quality is just superb and the underside typical of Richard Ginori. The creamer and lid are 4 inches tall, 4.25 inches from handle to spout and about 3 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
