Puce Scenic Cup

This is a cute porcelain cup that was most likely made by Hoechst and definitely in the 18th century. It is a very nice piece that is hand painted with a high quality puce scene in the front of a building in a nice landscape surrounding. Some scattered flowers and bugs fill in the rest of the space and a flower to the bottom inside complete the cuo. Gold trim to the top edge nad puce trim to the handle. The cup is unmarked which does not help but is not unheard of in Hochst porcelain. It is 2 inches tall and 2.625 inches in diameter. The cup is in superb condition with a minor touch of wear to the gold trim. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $299
