Strawflower Porcelain Handled Fork

This is a cute little fork with the porcelain handle having been made in Germany in the mid to late 19th century but I suspect the fork part is French and dates to much earlier probably the mid 18th century. The shape of the thin part is very much like the ones from St. Cloud pieces from that period. Likely meant to be a serving piece that also reminds me of a trident :) The fork is in great condition. An odd but cute little piece. The fork is 6 inches long of which 2.625 is the porcelain handle. The fork part is 0.875 inches wide. Please email me for more information or photos.
