Floral Letter H Design Cup & Saucer

This is a nice cup and saucer made in Germany in the 18th century. It is unmarked except for some incised marks as shown so I am not confident in naming an exact maker. More than like one of the better makers from the Thuringia area like Closter Veilsdorf but I could not find a match for the intertwined branch handle by them. I will dig some more through my books when I have more time. Either way a superb set! Each piece is hand painted with a letter H made of flower garlands with a crown above made of blue blossoms. The rims and the handle of the cup have some simple gold trim to them. A rose flower to each side of the cup. The cup is in superb condition with a touch of gold wear to the top rim. The saucer has some minor gold wear to the top rim and a star hairline mostly visible from the underside except for one like that is visible from the top if you look hard for it. They display perfectly! The set is unmarked except for the incised marks as already mentioned. The cup is just over 2 inches tall and 2.75 inches in diameter. The saucer is just under 1.25 inches tall and has a diameter of 4.75 inches. Please email me for more information or photos.
