Very Early Floral Plate

This is a very early plate made by Furstenberg during the very beginning of their existence during the 1753 to 1755 period. It is handpainted with some superb colorful flowers - a large arrangement in the well with smaller ones scattered throughout. The plate has a nice shape to it as well with a fluted rim and a brown trim to the edge. The plate is marked with a large underglaze blue F mark underneath as well as an incised B.3. It is 1.125 inches tall and 9 inches in diameter. The plate is in decent condition considering the age with no hairlines or major chips but it has some wear to the main flower arrangement and lots of small chips to the entire rim edge. Not sure how that happened but that could be easily fixed if need be and I might have it done myself. Still a very rare early example of one of the top makers!
