Two Putti & Goat Figurine

This is a figurine designed by Simon Feilner of two putti with a goat mady by Fuerstenberg in about 1800. A very well modeled figurine that is fun to look at. Not sure what this piece is meant to represent if anything or is just meant to be a fun piece. One putto is standing over the other that is crawling on the floor with the goat next to them looking up at the item the standing putto is holding in his hands. Not sure what it is - possibly a whip?? The figurine is 5.125 inches tall, 4.375 inches wide and 3.25 inches deep. It is marked underneath with a faint script F mark as shown. The piece is in great condition with the horns of the goat being damaged but it displays nicely! Please email me for more information or photos.
