Sepia Scene Plate #2

This is a great plate made by Fuerstenberg around 1820. The piece is hand painted in sepia tones with a scene of a town during this era. Not sure which one but maybe someone could identify it. It is not my hometown of Holzminden since there is a bridge in the background and the one in my town wasn't build until the 1880s. It is likely a bridge over the river Weser in the region so that could be a good clue. Either way the scen has a large buidling in the center right next to the river with a boat and passengers in the front and a couple of other buildings and some trees and bushes. The rim has two thick gold rings with a thin gold line along the edge of the thicker gold rings. A typical Biedermeier style piece that looks stunning. Hard to find these scenic pieces from this time period! The mark was used from 1820-1860 but this style looks closer to the 1820 end of this period. The plate is 1.125 inches tall and 8.5 inches in diameter. It is in great condition with some use marks to the gold trim with one spot around 7 o'clock that is more worn. It displays perfectly! The piece is marked with the under glaze blue script F mark of the period as well as blue number 7 as shown. A scratch mark under the F denoting it as a second choice piece possibly because of a few black firing spots. Wish it was labelled as to the town on the front but no such luck :( Please email me for more information or photos.
