Pre 1760 Leaf Dish

This is a very early leaf dish made by Furstenberg during the very beginning of their existence pre 1760. It has a nice deep shape and has lots of molded details to it. There is a smaller leaf towards the terminal that overlaps the larger leaf. In pretty decent condition considering the fragile nature and age. Could not find anything like it in my books or online. There is a flat chip to the edge as shown that does not affect the shape and the branch handle has been broken off and reglued. Nothing missing so an easy fix for a decent restorer. The dish is marked udnerneath with the under glaze blue script F mark as shown as well as the number 54 over an incised script F mark which I have never seen before. Definitely an unusual and early piece! It is about 1.375 inches tall (at the handle), 5.375 inches from handle end to tip of leaf and 3.635 inches deep. Please email me for more information or photos.
