Portrait Cup & Saucer

This is a superb cup & saucer made by Fuerstenberg in the early 19th century. The cup has a nicely handpainted portrait on the front of either Karl Ludwig Friedrich von Baden or Jerome Napoleon Bonaparte - I am not totally sure. Both the cup and saucer have some superb gilding on it. The set is very well painted and the shape is superb as well. Doesn't hurt that the set is in superb condition with almost no wear at all. Karl Ludwig Friedrich von Baden, born June 8,1786 , died December 8,1818, was married to Stephanie de Beauharnais (adopted daughter of Napoleon). He ruled from 1811 to 1818. The cup is 3.5 inches tall plus the handle top and 3 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.25 inches tall and 5.375 inches in diameter. Marked with the Fuerstenberg underglaze blue script F mark as well as the number 31 and some sort of impressed mark under the saucer. Please email me for more information or photos.
