Neptune

This is a large figurine of Neptune and his three Tritons (or puttos) made by Fuerstenberg in about 1780. Probably my favorite figurine because no matter which way you display it it looks superb. The figurine is in amazing condition. Some of the leaves on his head, one tip of his trident as well as the bottom end of the stick, one finger of a putto and a bit of the reeds have been restored. The figurine is 7.625 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 5.5 inches deep. Marked with the Fuerstenberg underglaze blue script F mark underneath. Please email me for more information or photos.
