Large Floral Plate

This is a nice large plate made by Fuerstenberg in the 18th century. It is hand painted with very nice floral arrangement in the center as well as two smaller flowers in the well and four flowers on the rim. I think Fuerstenberg flowers from this period are some of the best out there and definitely some of my favorites! Their colors and quality are stuning! The piece is simple yet very elegant! The rim has a relief design to it which gives it a little more depth. The plate is in great condition with the gold trim on the edge being worn and a few small black firing spots from when it was made. A small chip to the foot of the plate does not distract at all. It is marked with the Fuerstenberg script F mark in under glaze blue as well as two incised letters as shown. The plate is 1.25 inches tall and 10.75 inches in diameter.
