Floral Waste / Slop Bowl

This is a nice waste or slop bowl made by Fuerstenberg in the 18th century. It is hand painted with a large floral arrangement to the front with a larger flower to the back and a small single flower to either side. Another flower to the inside bottom. I think their flowers are among the best in the porcelain world of the 18th century! Just superb detail and color! The bowl is marked with the under glaze blue F mark underneath as well as the number 2 and some impressed marks normal on their wares during this period. The piece is 3.125 inches tall and 6.625 inches in diameter. It is in superb condition with the inside flower being worn from use as shown. A few minor scratches to the glaze but otherwise just perfect. A stunning bowl and just fun to look at! Please email me for more information or photos.
