Grecque Athena Coffee Set for 6

This is a coffee service made by Fuerstenberg in the mid 20th century probably around 1970. This is probably their most popular modern service these days but it is based in a Biedermeier service created in the mid 19th century. Nice design that is just white and gold. Very elegant. It is a set / service for six people with the Coffee pot, creamer, sugar dish and 6 cups and saucers . I do have three plates that match this set but I have listed them separately since it is not enough to match this set. All pieces are nicely modeled and gilded with a nice design that is as elegant as it comes! The coffee pot has a face under the spout which is neat and it gives the service it's name after the Greek goddess Athena. All pieces are marked underneath with a version of the under glaze blue F mark as shown plus some red numbers and letters. The set is in superb condition. I don't think it was ever used. The coffee pot is 10 inches tall including the lid finial, 7.375 inches from handle to spout and 4.75 inches in diameter. It is second choice since there is a fine line scratched over the mark. The sugar dish is 4.875 inches tall, 5.25 inches from handle to handle and 3.5 inches in diameter. It is first choice. The creamer is 4.625 inches tall and 2.25 inches in diameter. It is first choice. The cups are 2.375 inches tall and 3.75 inches in diameter. Three are first choice and three are second choice. The saucers are 0.875 inches tall and 5.75 inches in diameter. One is 0.875 inches tall and 5.5 inches in diameter and one is 1 inch tall and 5.675 inches in diameter. All are first choice. Please email me for more information or photos.
