Early Egg Cup

This is a nice egg cup made by Fuerstenberg in the 18th century. It has some nice relief designs to it along the top and bottom edge as well as the center. The ones along the edge of the foot and along the center are handpainted with a bit of green while the top design has gilding to either side. Three roses painted in the white area between the designs. One is in full bloom while two are buds with their leaves. The eggcup is in perfect condition which is always nice. It is marked with the under glaze blue F mark as well as the number 5 and some incised marks as shown. It is 3.125 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or photos.
