Pate sur Pate Plate

This is a superb plate either made in France or England in the 19th century. I cannot find another like it to figure out a maker sadly. The plate has a nice shape to it with a relief design to the rim highlighted with gilding that is very nicely done with the rest of the plate having this nice green ground color to it. The best part how ever is this great pate-sur-pate design of a cherub either climbing or hanging onto a vine that a young girl is holding. She is on the rim part with the angel almost in the center of the plate. The vines come from the other end of the well an go to the youg lady with branches or more vines going to either side of her. Some cute butterflies around the cherub as well. It's a gorgeous plate! Oddly enough the back of the plate is covered with an off white ground color. Never seen that before. Two spots on the back from when it was made where the ground color is disturbed a bit from when it was fired which makes sense since it had to be supported somewhere. The plate is in superb condition with no damage but there is an area of black spots to the left of the cherub from when it was made. They are under the glaze. Otherwise no issues and the piece looks amazing! The plate is about 1.125 inches tall and has a diameter of 9.75 inches. The piece is unmarked except an area of an impossible to read signature that ran during the firing of the ground color in the back. Impossible to make out but if someone is familiar with a piece like this a quick email would be appreciated! I don't think it's a Limoges piece. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
