Damaged Faience Couple Figurine

This is a faience figurine of shepherd couple made by one of the French faience makers in the 18th century. A really nice figurine in need of some TLC! The lady is sitting on a rock with a bagpipe in her left hand while the right hand is facing upwards, a bag, hat and some sort of musical instrument on the base between the two figures with the shepherd standing upright while leaning on a tree stump with a sheep in his hands. An early and good quality piece but I am not sure who the actual maker is. The piece is in need of some work - his head was off at some point, her right arm has two breaks with one finger on that hand damaged, the bagpipe had work done to the top, the likely had a staff of some sort in that right hand and there is damage to where it would have touched the skirt and base. Chips to the hat on the ground, break in the base, one of her feet was off, he was broken through the ankles and one foot was off the base, missing tip of the branch by the sheep, two breaks through the tree stump, and some more minor chips and flakes. Obviously as is but not beyond help - it is a nice piece and would be worth the work! The figure is unmarked but certainly was made by one of the top French faience makers of this period. The piece is 7 inches tall, 5 inches wide and 3.75 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
