Faience Couple Figurine

This is a faience figurine of a couple made by one of the French faience makers in the 19th century or maybe even earlier. I have not been able to find out who made this piece so any help would be appreciated as usual :) The figurine is of a lady sitting down with a gentleman standing beside her. He is wearing a hat and a scarf and is holding a rifle on his right hand. She is leaning against a tree stump. The figurine is well modeled and painted and reminds me a bit of Quimper in the colors but I am not sure why that is. The figurine is in great conditon with some minor glaze flakes and a bigger chip to her right side as well as the back edge of his coat. None of them take away from this piece! There is what looks to be fine kiln dirt on the white parts of the figurine but they might be there on purpose since they are all smooth and seem to be glazed over or part of the glaze. The figurine is 8 inches tall and the base has a diameter of about 5 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $399
