Superb Floral Still Life Plaque

This is a superb little plaque I think was made in England in the late 18th or early 19th century. It is hand painted really nicely with a very detailed fruit still life scene including a wide variety of fruit as well as some flwoers and leaves. The quality is very very nice and the detail amazing. It is really hard to pin point a maker or even a country without them being marked but it is from this time period and by a good quality painter plus the fruit scenes are not easy to find. The scene includes purple plums, a peach that is whole and one that is cut in half, a pomegranade, orange, purple and green grapes and some sort of pumkin or squash type plus a few other harder to identify pieces. The fruit sit on a table or slab of wood with the background color going from a darker greenish grey color fading slowly to a lighter shade from the bottom up and from left to right. Really very well done! The piece is not marked at all so that gives us no clue as to the maker or painter. Strange it was not signed given the quality of the work. It could be Derby or something in that direction. The plaque is in superb condition with a slight bit of wear along the very edge from where it sat in a frame long ago. The piece 4.875 inches wide and 3.75 inches tall. Really a nice piece! Please email me for more information or other pictures.
