Red Poppy Flower Dish

This is a really nice small serving dish made in England in the early 19th century. I could not find another piece in this shape and am not sure of the maker but companies like Ridgway , Daniel , Davenport , Coalport or possibly Copeland come to mind. Maybe someone out there knows better and could send me a note. I would certainly appreciate it! The dish has a nice shape to it with a relief design all around the edge as well as two handles all highlighted with gilding but the star of the show is certainly that large red poppy flower in the center which was painted to a very high standard and looks stunning on the white background with the gilding along the edge! A really nice looking piece! The dish is not marked underneath except for the pattern number 169 or 691 in red as shown which is fairly normal during this period of English porcelain. The dish is in great condition with just some minor gold wear and a small underside edge chip as well as a firing crack to the udnerside only as shown which does not affect the piece at all. The dish is 1.75 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 11.125 inches long. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
