English Meissen Style Plate

This is a somewhat interesting plate made in England in the early to mid 19th century I would guesstimate. It looks quite like a Meissen palte in design and style but obviously is English. Maybe it was made as a replacement as I ahve never seen anything like it or a special order. It is of good quality and quite nice but not quite as nice as the Meissen original but then I am a bit more partial toward German things - I wonder why!? The plate is handpainted with a nice large floral arrangement in the center as well as four smaller flowers ion the rim and a nice gold design to the edge. The paste itself has a nice design to it as well. The plate is in great condition with no chips, etc. just a bit of wear to the gilding and manufacturing spots. Sadly the plate is not marked except for something impressed in the back center but it is impossible to see what is it. The plate is just over 1 inch tall and 9.75 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
