English Helmet Jug

This is a fun little creamer / jug in the helmet shape made in England in the late 18th century - probably by Keeling but I am not 100% on that. It is hand painted with two nice flower designs as well as a nice rim design and a smaller flower to the front. The handle has a molded design to it mostly obscured by the glaze and a little "spur" to the top painted to match the trim. This is a shape that is very well liked among collectors! These were also made by New Hall but that 'spur' on top of the handle gives it away as Factory X aka Keeling. The creamer is in great condition with some manufacturing flaws as shown. The piece is unmarked which is very common on English porcelain of this period. It is 3.875 inches tall, 4.75 inches from handle to sput and the foot has a diameter of 2.375 inches.
