Dutch Creamware Plate

This is a neat creamware plate likely made by Leeds for the Dutch market around the late 18th century. It is decorated with a scene similar to Chinese Export en grisaille pieces with a black handpainted scne in the center including a person that appears to be holding a Dutch freedom hat, a lady sitting down writing with a quill possibly some sort of lady justice since there are scales on the ground and the fun part a little devil type figurine with a tail and a pitchfork. Not sure of the meaning of this scene but it certainly is superb! The rim is decorated with a scroll and flower design that is very nice. The dish has a nice rim shape to it. The piece is in great condition with a little wear and some staining and some wear to the edge glae but no real damage. It is 0.875 inches tall and 9,625 inches in diameter. It is not marked underneath but definitely English and unmarked pieces are very common during this period. Not sure what it says on the plque the lady is writing but it appears to be Dutch!
