Large Castle Scene Plaque

This is a good sized rectangular scenic plaque made in England in the late 18th or early 19th century. The piece is bigger than most ones comes across and is hand painted with a castle scene including the castle by a river with a bridge with people going across it. Lot of greenery covering the rest of the piece including trees and bushes. Sky above the castle. It's a really nice looking example and the size makes it a bit more special! The plaque comes with a fancy frame that works for it but it's a bit much for my taste. The plaque is in great condition with some staining to the light colored sky right above the castle and a couple of very minor scratches with only one that shows the white under color in the bottom left corner. Small and does not take away from the piece! The frame has some damages as shown but like I said it works for the piece though I think a new frame would be nice to bring the piece to life more! I did not open the back to see if there is a mark - I don't think it makes a big difference on a piece like this so I left it be. It is definitely from this period and English. The porcelain plaque it about 10.5 inches wide and 8.75 inches tall. The entire piece including the frame is 15.25 inches wide and 13.75 inches tall.
