Watteau Scene Plaque #1

This is a nice, good sized porcelain plaque likely made in the Dresden area of Germany and from around the late 19th century. It is oval in shape and the center has a nice scene hand painted on it of a couple in front of a column in a landscape surrounding with a nice wide cobalt blue ring around the outside with gilding to it, some of which is raised. It comes in a brass frame with a hanger attached for easy display on a wall. A nice looking piece typical of this area and as an added bonus I have a matching second one I will also list on the site if anyone is interested in a pair! The porcelain piece is in perfect condition but the frame is showing a bit of its age and some of the pieces holding the plaque in place are broken or missing. The plaque is not marked as to a maker but this style and the colors are quite typical of this area. The entire piece is 7 inches tall, 5.125 inches wide and 0.375 inches thick, The circular piece up top sticks out about 0.75 inches at the top. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
