Dresden Plaque

This is a plaque with a superb miniature scene of Dresden on it. Not sure who made but certainly German and possibly by a Meissen artist as the detail is superb. I don't recall ever having seen a plaque quite like this with the town of Dresden on it. Reminds me of a painting I have seen somewhere. Dates to the 19th century for sure. It is completely handpainted! The plaque is in perfect condition. It is 3.75 inches wide and 3 inches high. It is marked underneath with an impressed 3 and the letter E.
