Potschappel Cat Figurine

This is a cute porcelain cat figurine made by the Potschappel factory of Carl Thieme in Dresden in the early 20th century. It is of two cats - one black and white while the other is a calico which is gorgeous! This is one of the best animal pieces they made! The figure is well modeled and superbly hand painted. The figurine is in superb condition with just a touch of wear but displays perfectly. It is marked underneath with the PS script mark with Dresden underneath in blue. The piece is 2.625 inches tall, 4.625 inches deep and 7.125 inches wide. Please email me for more information or photos.
