Tulip design Plate

This is a nice and early plate made by Doccia / Ginori in the 18th century. It is hand painted with a superb floral design called the tulipano pattern though I have also seen it being called the Ischia pattern in the center and six smaller floral arrangements on the rim all in the typical colors for this maker. The paste was not so great back then so they covered the entire piece in this white tin glaze on which the colors just look amazing! Nice relief design along the edge. The plate is very typical for Doccia around this time period and the design is quite famous. The plate is in good condition with no chips, etc. but there is some wear / use marks to the central design as shown. Still a superb example! It is not marked underneath but that is normal. There are some spots that could be incised marks or could just be manufacturing imperfections. The plate is 1.25 inch tall and 9 inches in diameter.
