Tulipano Tea Cup & Saucer

This is a tea cup & saucer made by Doccia in the 18th century. Both pieces are hand painted with a really nice floral design called Ischia / Tulipano that is quite typical for Doccia and very nice to look at! Very colorful with lots of detail. The cup handle has a typical shape to it as well as some puce design on it. The cup is in superb condition with the saucer having a bit of wear to the center and some tiny chips to the very edge as shown. Neither piece is marked but that is very normal for them. No doubt about it being from Doccia as the flowers and paste are typical and unquestionably made by them. The cup is 1.875 inches tall and 2.875 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.875 inches tall and 5.25 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
