Doccia Floral Cup & Saucer

This is a cup & saucer made by Doccia in the 18th century. They are handpainted with three floral arrangements each one being larger than the other two. They are very well done in the typical Italian style. The cup handle also has some puce design on it. Typical handle shape for Doccia. The cup is in great condition with some scratches to the clear glaze typical for softpaste porcelain. The saucer has some small chips to the very edge of the rim and a bit of wear to the flowers. The cup is not marked but the saucer has a greenish number 31 on it. No doubt about it being from Doccia as the flowers and paste are typical and unquestionably made by them. The cup is 2.75 inches tall and 2.375 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1 inch tall and 5.125 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
