Doccia Puce Scenic Cup with Nice Trim

This is a superb scenic cup made by Doccia / Ginori in the later 18th century. It is hand painted with detailed landscape scene in puce and a blue and gold trim around the top edge with a simple gold trim around the bottom. Nicely shaped handle with a bit of gilding to it as well. A very typical design for this maker and very elegant. The scene is of very nice quality with lots of detail to it. The cup is in perfect condition but is sadly missing its saucer. It is marked with the rare impressed G mark as shown on the underside. The piece is just under 2 inches tall and 2.875 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
