Doccia Fruit Design Saucer #2

This is a small dish or large saucer made by Doccia in the 18th century. An nice example that is superbly handpainted with their famous fruit design with a black ring around the rim. Fairly thickly potted and greyer in color than the mugs that came with them but were definitely a marriage in terms of age and trim design. The saucer is in good condition with a bit of wear to one fruit (the purple plum and its leaf) and the black line around the rim has flaked off a bit. A tiny bit of wear from use and small firing flaws normal to pieces of this period. The saucer is marked which is less common than unmarked pieces so that is nice. There is an impressed 7 and a star next to the footring. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 6.25 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
