Doccia Unusual Demitasse & Saucer #2

This is a second unusual cup & saucer set made by Doccia in the 18th century. I have never seen a demitasse set by them so the two I recently bought were a must have. This one is handpainted with a large floral arrangement on the front of the cup with a smaller one on the side and a flower on the back. The saucer has the same type of detail to it. They are very well done in the typical Italian style with the typical handle shape to the cup. Both pieces are in great condition with manufacturing flaw on the cup outside wall that sticks out a bit and is not glazed and a hairline to the edge of the saucer with an area around it that is stained brown. The cup is marked as shown - not sure what it means but it is something you see on Doccia porcelain from time to time! The cup is 1.875 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.625 inch tall and 4 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $249
