Doccia Early 19thC Coffee Pot

This is a nice coffee pot with its lid made by Doccia in the early 19th century. Looks more like a French Empire period piece but the flowers give it away easily. The pot has a nice shape to it with an iron red trim, small flower arrangements along the top part and lots of single flowers scattered about the entire piece. The lid has three tiny flowers to it as well as the same trim. Animal shape to the spout. It is simpler than their 18th century pieces but still very nice and quite hard to find! The pot is in superb condition with some very very minor wear to the trim and the tiniest of flakes to the lid edge. It is not marked at all but the paste and flowers are typical of this maker. The coffee pot and lid are quite large being about 11 inches tall, 7 inches from spout to handle and 6 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
