Cool Flower Cup & Saucer

This is a cup & saucer made by Doccia in the 18th century. Both pieces are handpainted with a really nice floral design called Ischia that is quite typical for Doccia! The cup handle has a nice shape to it as well as some puce design on it. Both pieces are in great condition with the saucer having a bit of wear to the flowers as can be expected but nothing bad. The saucer rim has two very tiny nibbles as well as a small chip that barely affects the rim and does not distract when on display. The footring has three nibbles likely from the making! The cup is not marked but the saucer has an incised line in it underneath. No doubt about it being from Doccia as the flowers and paste are typical and unquestionably made by them. The cup is 2.875 inches tall and 2.5 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.875 inches tall and 5.125 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
