Del Vecchio Porcelain Plate

This is a rare porcelain plate made by Del Vecchio in the late 18th century. It is handpainted with a nice scattered flower design as well as a light green ring around the rim. Their wares are very ahrd to find and this is the first porcelain piece I own. It is quite simple yet very elegant and typical Italian in the style of the flowers, etc. The plate is in decent condition with a hairline in the center which is easier to spot from the udnerside and completely stable, a few chips to the footring and some wear from use as shown. It is marked underneath with an incised 16 and it has three stilt marks from the firing process. The plate is a little over 1.25 inches tall and 9.375 inches in diameter.
