Cozzi Polychrome Pot de Creme #5

This is a pot de creme with its lid / hot chocolate cup / custard cup made by Cozzi around 1770. A very cute little cup that is hand painted with polychrome flowers - a larger arrangement to the one side with smaller flowers to the other and the lid. Typical handle shape matching the 3rd one but different to the others and a floral finial which matches the 3rd and 4th piece. The cup and lid are made of soft paste porcelain in Venice . The piece is in great condition with some minor firing flaws in the form of kiln dust and some impurities stuck to the porcelain and some minor nibbles to the petals of the finial. The cup with its lid is 2.75 inches tall and 2.375 inches in diameter. Both are marked underneath - the cup with a red number 17 and the lid with a red number 6.
